Why should I become a member?

Becoming a member can let you take advantage of the maximum benefits while enjoying our service. Such as discounted hourly rate on your play time and rewarded play time on every purchase etc.

Do I have to become a member to play at Click eSports or rent games?
​
No. You do not have to become a member to play here or rent games. You can simply pay the hourly rate or daily rate as you game.
​
 
What systems do you carry?

Can I bring my own peripherals?
​
Yes. If you are more comfortable using your own peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headsets. etc.), you are welcomed to bring them when you visit our center. We will help you set up your gear.

What games do you carry?
​
We carry most of the popular competitive games currently being played in eSports tournaments. As well, we have a large catalogue of non-competitive games. That are fun and for all to experience and enjoy. Our games lists are ever growing as all new release will be found here first available to play.

What should I do if I cannot find my favorite eSports game?
​
Please let us know and we would be happy to add it for you.

How do I sign up the membership?
​
You can sign up the membership in person at Click eSports.
​
 
How do I cancel my ultimate subscription?
​
If you wish to cancel your ultimate subscription, it is best to do so in person at Click eSports. If you are not able to come in to our location; you may send an email with your Membership ID. include the date you wish to cancel the subscription. Refer to Policy for more details.

How do I make reservation for groups and parties?
​
Please contact us to make reservation for groups and parties. Services can be pre-booked during or beyond regular business hours, 20% of total sales will be required as a deposit.  48 hours cancellation notice is required for deposit refund.

Is my personal information safe with Click eSports?
​
The security of your personal information is important to us. We implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. Any user data on the client stations will be erased by logging off the system.
​
 
What is the age requirement for playing VR?
​
Click eSports advises Virtual Reality not be used by children under the age of 13.  Parental consent is suggested for anyone below the age of 16.
