“You/Your” in the following refers to the customer, participant and/or visitor of Click eSports. Click eSports is operated and managed by Dimensional Click Inc.

Personal Property

Although Click eSports allows customers to bring in their own personal accessory equipment to use for a more comfortable experience, we accept no responsibility for customer property. Do not leave any personal property unattended at any time, for any reason.

 

Use of Service

Accessing, viewing, browsing, sharing or downloading any material of an illegal or offensive nature is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted content, hacking/cracking material, online gambling, online betting, or adult content.

No hacking or cheating in online games. If a Click eSports account is banned for cheating or hacking, you will be responsible for replacing that account.

 

Safety

For the safety and security of customers and staff, recorded video surveillance may be in use.

 

Changes of Rates and Conditions

Click eSports reserves the right to change any rates, equipment offered and/or terms and conditions at its discretion at anytime without notice. The rates payable shall be those in force at the time of order or purchase.
