No Smoking and Alcohol

We strive to provide the best pro play environment for every individual at Click eSports. No tobacco product use or alcohol of any kind is permitted on the premises.

 

Food and Drink

We prefer no outside food and drink to be brought into the premise. We provide a selection of food, snacks and beverages.

 

Children (age 13 and under)

To ensure the safety of our younger clientele, children aged 13 and younger must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian while present on the premises of Click eSports.

 

Video Game Rental

A valid photo ID or deposit is required for video game rentals if Click eSports doesn’t have your information on profile. Games must be returned in their original condition by the end of service period.

 

Return and Refunds

Basic Membership, Ultimate Membership and all time purchases are final sales, non-refundable and non-transferable. Time purchases are provided on an “equipment use only” basis and Click eSports is not responsible for any external websites or services being unavailable.

we do not provide returns on any retail merchandise purchased at CLICK. PRODUCTS WITH DEFECTS OR ERRORS MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT MUST BE PRESENTED AS PROOF OF PURCHASE FOR AN EXCHANGE TO TAKE PLACE.

Minimum Charge 

Computer does a minimum charge of 15 minutes as soon as the account is being logged in. Minimum charge on consoles is every 60 minutes.

each token from Click may only be used on one item per token.

 

 

Virtual Reality Guidelines

  • Click eSports advises Virtual Reality not be used by children under the age of 13.  Parental consent is suggested for anyone below the age of 16. 

  • Virtual Reality should not to be used if pregnant, sick, injured, or diagnosed with PTSD and/or fatigued.

  • Please familiarize yourself with the Virtual Reality safety information on the device before use.

  • Frequent breaks during the playtime are strongly recommended for your health and safety.

  • A signed waiver is required before you can use our VR station. If you are below the age of 16 then you will need to have your parent or guardian signed the consent form at our front desk.
